Grain Theory Ambassador Agreement

Upon execution of this agreement between Grain Theory Production, LLC (dba “Grain Theory”), Grain Theory Ambassadors (or GT Ambassador/s, or GTA) will be eligible for the following benefits:

  • One (1) pre-paid (complimentary) draft beer (or coffee) of standard size per day on premises at Grain Theory’s place of business so long as Grain Theory is open during normal business hours (certain specialty draft beers may be excluded).

  • One (1) Pour Your Own card with a maximum value of $100

  • One (1) Grain Theory Ambassador tumbler.

  • 10% discount on food, coffee, merchandise, and other non-alcoholic beverages. Limited exclusions may apply.

  • A merchandise pack.

  • An invitation to an annual founding members party.

  • Early access to purchase special release beers.

Terms and Conditions

  • GTA benefits are limited to a person who is 21 years of age or older and can show valid ID. Valid ID is required for purchase of all alcoholic beverages, including GTA beverages.

  • GT Ambassadors may purchase additional beverages on premises after their one pre-paid beverage at standard customer pricing. Purchases not specifically included as a benefit will be charged at standard prices. Cash or Credit Card are accepted methods of payment.

  • High ABV and special release beers may not be eligible for the pre-paid benefits provided to GT Ambassadors and/or may be served in smaller quantities.

  • The $1,000 fee is not refundable, and benefits are not transferrable and have no cash value.

  • GTA benefits will become available July 1, 2023.

  • Grain Theory reserves the right to refuse service at any time to any patron that appears to be intoxicated.

  • GT Ambassador benefits do not include tips. Please remember to tip your server!

  • Grain Theory reserves the right to modify the benefits, terms, and conditions of this Agreement, at any time or from time to time, without any compensation or refund.

  • Unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of god, inventory shortages, utility service interruption, may prevent or interfere with your GTA benefits.

  • If, at any time, Grain Theory determines in their sole and absolute discretion that your continued participation as a Grain Theory Ambassador is in any way harmful, Grain Theory may revoke your benefits and privileges and you would not be entitled to any compensation or refund.

  • GRAIN THEORY LLC, GRAIN THEORY DOWNTOWN LLC, AND GRAIN THEORY PRODUCTION LLC, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, SPECIAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND HEREBY LIMITS ITS LIABILITY FOR GRAIN THEORY AMBASSADORS TO $1.00 (USD).

    By signing below, I represent and warrant that I am at least 21 years old and that I have read and understand the benefits, terms, and conditions of being a Grain Theory Ambassador. I understand that I do not have any managerial authority over any aspect of the business or operation of Grain Theory and that I am participating voluntarily as a Grain Theory Ambassador. I agree to (i) drink responsibly and in moderation; (ii) exercise good judgement; (iii) treat Grain Theory employees and other guests with courtesy and respect; (iv) not take any action that might jeopardize the health, welfare, or safety of anyone; and (v) not engage in any harassment or violent or inappropriate conduct. I further agree to not drive if unable to do so safely due to the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
