The coffee program at Grain Theory revolves around the idea of simple. The limited menu encourages our customers to enjoy coffee in its simplest form, using a variety of flavorful roasts, high quality milk, and brewing methods not typically seen in Abilene. We are partnering with Wonderstate Coffee Roasters to serve high quality espresso based drinks and cold brew. We have our own roasting program for our drip and slow pour coffees. We roast a range of coffees for sale, from Guatamalan to Columbian to Ethiopian roasts and more. There is something at our Coffee Bar for everyone. Customers will be able to try new things and explore the basics of coffee in a new light.
