Our wine program is designed to source quality wines at reasonable prices. Our wine list will include wines from quality minded producers not always found in Abilene. The Texas wine scene is blossoming with numerous fantastic producers from around the state, which will allow us to feature Texas wines by the glass (BTG) in addition to national and international wines from quality producers.
White Wine
Llano Pinot Grigio

Aromas of green apples, citrus zest, and a touch of floral The palate – a blend of crisp acidity and vibrant fruitiness
Hess Chardonnay
13.4% (CA)
This 2024Chardonnay features crisp acidity with a balanced, fruit-forward finish. A touch tropical, notes of pineapple, lemon-lime and apple flavors of Monterey shine through.
Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc
12% (New Zealand)
This 2025 Sauv Blanc is layered with aromas of guava, gooseberry and citrus peel. You will find tropical fruits, zesty lime citrus and minerality on the palate.
Rosé Wine
Four I’s Winery Dry Rosé
13.6% (Childress, TX)
Nose: watermelon, peach cobbler, orange marmalade
Palate: peach bellini, peach drop hard candies, ripe apricot.
Red Wine
Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon
13.8% (CA)
Nose: Dark and rich, with toasted cocoa bean, chocolate covered cherries, a hint of fresh leather
Palate: Intense textures/flavors echo the nose – cocoa, toasted wood and chocolate covered cherries.
Four I's Sangiovese
14.9% (TX)
This 2019 Texas Sangiovese has an interesting nose of fresh cherry, sage, and strawberry, with white pepper, strawberry, pomegranate, mango, and mandarin on the palate.
Austin Hope Troublemaker
14.5% (CA)
Nonvintage blend of 54% Syrah, 15% Petite Sirah, 14% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre and 7% Zinfandel. Aromas of caramelized black fruit, oak and black pepper lead into an extremely rich palate that’s loaded with vanilla, caramel, fudge and black cherry.

The sparkling rose shows aromas and flavors typical of Trepat (indigenous spanish red grape), with fresh and elegant notes of strawberry, raspberry and rose petals. Balanced acidity keeps the wine light and fresh
La Gioiosa Moscato
8.0 % (Italy)
Intensely fruity and aromatic bouquet reminiscent of exotic fruit. Sweet and round in the mouth, with a persistent, fruity aftertaste
